Robin Hood and Little John visit Dillards

March 23, 2018
Lexington, Kentucky

A couple of shoplifters at a Dillard’s store in Fayette mall were almost stopped by a member of the store’s loss prevention unit (i.e. security guard).  Unfortunately their double-teaming against the guard enabled them to get away.

<<If they would only put that energy, initiative, and ‘street smarts’ to good use.  But alas, when the urge known as ‘gibs’ strikes, paying retail just won’t do.  The only way to satisfy that urge is to pilfer.>>

It started when the security camera caught the two thieves putting clothes in a shopping bag and then hiding the shopping bag in a clothes rack.

When they got ready to leave, they retrieved the bag and made their way to the exit.  The security guard stopped them and took the bag away, but one of the thieves (the thinner of the two) attacked the guard without warning, grabbing him by the collar and kicking him in the head/face, as her accomplice (the more corpulent one) looked on.

Security guard (green arrow) attempts to take bag away from the two thieves (red circle)

Security guard succeeds in recovering the stolen goods.

First thief suckerpunches/suckerkicks the security guard

The thinner thief (in the beige top), being the more violent of the two, continued to attack the guard, punching and kicking him.  He managed to subdue her somewhat while the fat one (in the black/grey top) looked on.

While the guard was distracted with former, the latter grabbed the bag and tried to exit, but the guard prevented her from opening the door.  He was able to do this twice while fighting off the first thief.  On the third try, the first thief was able to pull the guard away from the door just long enough to give the second thief the opportunity she needed to make off like a bandit with the purloined goods.  The stolen clothes amounted to over $1000 dollars.

Security guard holds the door closed with his hand (green arrow), preventing the second thief (red circle) from escaping the store.

The security guards stops the thief again. You can see the first thief's arm (red arrow) grabbing the security guard from behind, trying to pry him away from the door.

On her third try, the thief with the bag manages to get through the door and get away because her accomplice manages to pull the guard backwards and away from the door.

Kudos to the security guard. Most people would have just given up.  Even though they got away I’m sure they’ll think twice about robbing that store again.

This is not the first time Fayette mall has been targeted by crooks.  In June of 2016, a jewelry store was relieved of 177 rings totaling approximately $13,000.  The culprits consisted of another dynamic duo (a man and woman, pictured below).

<<Reminds me of that scene in the movie “Unbreakable” where they show a white lady stealing jewelry from the glass case while the employee isn’t looking.  Except not.  LOL.>>

Video has been released by Lexington police of a physical altercation between two alleged shoplifters and loss prevention personnel at Dillard’s in Fayette Mall.

On a Friday night in January, loss prevention personnel noticed two females placing unpaid merchandise into a large Dillard’s shopping bag and hiding it inside a clothing rack. They concealed more than $1,000 of merchandise in an hour and security attempted to stop them as they were leaving, police said.

The guard was kicked, shoved and ganged up on as he attempted to keep the bag of clothing in the store. At one point, the video shows, he unsuccessfully tried to trap the bag and one of the women in the store by blocking the glass doors with his hands.

The suspects escaped that night, Jan. 5, and Bluegrass Crime Stoppers is offering a $1,000 cash reward for information that could lead to their arrests. Anyone with information can call Bluegrass Crime Stoppers at 859-253-2020.

Surveillance photos released of suspects in Lexington jewelry store theft

By WKYT News Staff  |  Posted: Mon 10:22 PM, Jun 06, 2016  |  Updated: Wed 12:43 PM, Jun 08, 2016

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Lexington Police are trying to figure out how thousands of dollars worth of rings were stolen from a jewelry store at the Fayette Mall.

Police say the theft happened Sunday afternoon at the Pandora store.

Police tell WKYT that a man wearing a NY Yankees ball cap and a light blue Southern University Jaguars shirt entered the store at 3:15 p.m.. After lingering in the store for a while, police say took a key that was left in one of the jewelry cases near the front of the store. The man then exited the store.
A few minutes later, he returned to the store with a woman wearing a white tank top with "Pink" written on it. This time the man was carrying a large "Express" bag. Police say the woman blocked the view of the Pandora employees while the man checked out the case. At 3:48 p.m., the man removed a sleeve of rings and put them inside the shopping bag.

The man didn't leave the store. Police say he stayed in the store for nearly another 15 minutes while attempting to use the key to open other cases. He and his female accomplice left the store at 4:04 p.m.
A few minutes later, police say Pandora employees noticed a tray of rings was missing from a display case.

Police say in all 177 rings were taken. All of the rings were size 4.5 and have the initials ALE within the band of the ring. The rings were worth about $13,000.

Pandora is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in this case.Station Contact Info:

"No Soup For You"!

Basketball player J.R. Smith (shooting guard for the Cleveland Cavaliers) was suspended for one game for allegedly throwing a bowl of soup at Cavaliers Assistant Coach Damon Jones.

Still, probably not as bad as what Latrell Sprewell did to his coach back in 1997.

And certainly not as bad as what the father of a middle school basketball player did to her daughter's basketball coach back in 2012 in Michigan City, Indiana:

A girl was arguing with a another teammate so the coach made them both run laps as punishment.  When the girl told her father, Shelley Miller, the father brutally assaulted the middle school basketball coach, repeatedly punching him in the face and head until he was unconscious, sending him to the hospital.

Shelley Miller - Father and Felon

Surprisingly (or maybe not if you are familiar with ghetto trash), acquaintances who accompanied Miller to his arraignment defended Miller's actions.

Even though the coach did not hit the daughter or treat her unfairly, Miller and his family/friends still believed assault was an appropriate response.  You can't argue with savages.

NBA's Cavaliers suspended player for throwing soup at coach

By Field Level Media  |  March 02, 2018

J.R. Smith was suspended for Thursday's game against the Philadelphia 76ers as punishment for throwing a bowl of soup at Cleveland Cavaliers assistant coach Damon Jones.

ESPN reported the details of the suspension Friday morning. The Cavaliers announced the suspension for "conduct detrimental" on Thursday.

Coach Tyronn Lue said before the game against the 76ers that Smith was suspended for something that happened after shoot-around Thursday morning but didn't offer specifics. He added that Smith will be ready for practice Friday and return for the team's game against the Denver Nuggets on Saturday.

Rodney Hood started in Smith's place against the Sixers and scored 11 points.

Smith is averaging 8.3 points and 1.9 assists in 59 games (56 starts) this season. The 32-year-old has seen his playing time dip in the team's last three games, getting a season-low 15 minutes on the court against the Memphis Grizzlies last Friday.

Ind. basketball dad knocks coach unconscious because he forced daughter to run laps

by Cameron Smith
Mar 16, 2012, 8:05 AM

An Indiana father is facing serious charges after launching a brutal attack on his daughter's assistant middle school basketball coach for the coach's implementation of an incredibly simple and traditional practice: He made her run laps in the gym.

As reported by South Bend-based TV network WSBT, Michigan City, Ind., basketball father Shelly Miller, aged 37, attacked Michigan City (Ind.) St. Stanislas School assistant middle school girls basketball coach Jeffrey Yackus shortly after one of the team's daily practice concluded.

According to WSBT, Yackus had punished Miller's daughter and another player who argued with each other during practice. Yet the only punishment that Yackus meted out was making the two girls run laps in the school's gym.

It appears that pushed the elder Miller over the edge. When he went to pick up his daughter later, she told the elder Miller about her punishment and he immediately attacked Yackus and punched him in the face.

That first punch apparently leveled the assistant coach, knocking him to the ground, where Miller climbed on top of him and repeatedly punched him in the face and head until he was completely unconscious.

In fact, the incident could have been much worse had it not been for swift intervention by the St. Stanislas head coach, Robert Johnson, who pulled the parent from his colleague and helped transport Yackus to the hospital.

In the immediate aftermath of the incident, Miller was arrested on Class C felony battery charges and was held on $15,000 bond, which he posted shortly thereafter. Meanwhile, the school confirmed that his daughter and the rest of the family were no longer affiliated with the school in any way.

And to think, the entire incident started with a pair of girls basketball players running laps.

Incredibly, those who accompanied Miller to his arraignment defended his actions to a WSBT reporter on site.

"If the coach is [expletive] with your kid, what are you to do?" Wynter Goodwin told the station. "You can't talk to him."

College Squatter

A 32-year old began attending college 2 years ago (in 2016) only to drop out of her classes shortly after moving into the dormitory.  Unfortunately, the ghetto welfare queen "student" refused to also drop out of her dorm room.

In essence, Lisa Palmer (pictured below) is no longer a matriculated student at Hunter College in New York, but she lives there for free (and has been for the past two years) and refuses to move out.

[Author's note: I don't know if this is a real story or not, since it comes from Fox News. Also, the article states that Palmer owes $94,000, however the article also states the yearly dorm fees are $6,000 per year; that means 2 years would only be $12,000 that she owes.

If this story is true however, it appears to me that she never had any intention of getting a college degree. She probably only enrolled in order to get into the dorms.]

Lisa Palmer

<<< When asked why she refuses to move out and pay the $94,000 she currently owes, she responded, "muh reparations". >>>

Also according to the article, Hunter College is trying to evict 9 nurses (one who is 67 years old).  If Lisa Palmer thinks dorm life is "really lonely for someone my age", the geriatric ghetto nurse must be feeling REALLY lonely. Gnome sayin'?

College files eviction lawsuit after dropout refuses to leave dorm room

By Caleb Parke | Fox News  |  March 1, 2018

A 32-year-old former student has refused to move out of her dorm for two years since dropping out, prompting legal action from a New York college.

In 2016, Lisa S. Palmer enrolled at Hunter College to pursue a geography major but dropped out of classes shortly after she moved into the dorm.

Two years later, the Delaware native who now works at an architecture firm has racked up $94,000 in living expenses for refusing to vacate Hunter College’s premises, despite receiving numerous notices from the school informing her of the eviction, according to a lawsuit filed by the school.

Last year the school’s attorney failed to evict Palmer with a notice that read: “Thirty day notice of termination. You are required to vacate and surrender the premises on or before October 31, 2017, at 12 pm.”

Palmer refused to move and continues to squat in the dorm to this day.

“I plan on fighting the lawsuit and while I fight it, I’m going to stay,” Palmer told the New York Post, but she added that dorm life is “really lonely” for someone her age.

According to Hunter College’s website, residence fees for the Brookdale Residence Hall are $6,000 per school year for a single room, which are only offered to full-time students who maintain a minimum grade point average and keep up with their room and board fees.

Palmer is reportedly one of ten people the school is currently trying to evict, including nine nurses – one 67-years-old – who were given rooms in various wings when it was owned by Bellevue Hospital.

Victoria's Scuffle

At a shopping mall in front of a Victoria's Secret store, a ghetto mêlée broke out.  What was particularly ghetto about this one was that a mother temporarily left her child (toddler) to engage in the fracas.

Here is the fight in front of the store.

Below is the toddler riding in a store-provided child cart (shaped like a little red car) being pushed by his mother toward the scuffle.  The fight appears to be composed of exclusively teenage girls.

Above, you can see one of the victims (?) lying prostrate on the ground (in a hot pink top).

As the victim gets herself up off the ground, the mother of the toddler kicks her as she (the mother) walks by pushing her toddler in the cart. Ghetto Level: 10

The child is left alone for about half a minute as the mother (red arrow) continues to fight.

The mother returns (red arrow), then picks up her child from the cart and exits the mall.

One gets a better sense of all this if they watch the video:

https://www.yahoo.com/news/toddler-caught-middle-brawl-front-144735811.html

The title of the news article is somewhat misleading, because it implies a fight broke out around the toddler, when in fact he was brought toward the brawl by his mom/caretaker.

On a personal note, I went to my local Target Store recently. A group of teenagers (who also happened to be african-american) strolled in right in front of me. I could tell by their 'swagger' and the dubiousness of their character and comments that they were up to no good (not to mention the fact that they didn't seem interested in shopping for anything).  About 20 minutes later, having made my purchase, I walk out of the store to see said teenagers (both boys and girls) engaged in a fight on the parking lot near the entrance.  I took no pleasure in being proven right.  I just shook my head.

From butterfly to cockroach

1965 – Martin Luther King Jr leads a group of nonviolent citizens on a march from Selma to Montgomery, Alabama for civil rights.  The protesters are beaten by police and troopers, and about 50 protesters end up being hospitalized.

2016 – Fast-forward 51 years:  In Selma, Alabama, an ambulance responds to a call for a medical emergency and instead get shot at by violent thugs for their trouble.

While the emergency technicians began to check the patient’s blood pressure, shots were fired at them.  The technicians got back into their van, and the “patient” jumped up and ran off, according to the local news stations (see source below).

It is now believed that the call (and patient) was a fake, created to lure them into the neighborhood, and that the attack was part of a gang initiation.   There are no leads so far.

My, my, my.  How far Selma has fallen.  Maybe Ava DuVernay can make a movie called “Selma II: John Lewis sticks it to The Man”.

Gnome sayin’?

Way to go, Selma.  Not quite the way I would choose to commemorate MLK, but that’s just me (though to be fair, this happened on December 5, about a month before MLK day).

[In Birmingham, Alabama, a paramedic was attacked by the person he was trying to help.  This happened just a few days ago.  I might write about that later if I get a chance.]

Looks like Alabama is calling open season on first responders.

A row in Rowlett

This was one of the more disturbing videos I've seen.

June 19, 2015:  There are two girls sitting on a bench at Herfurth Elementary school minding their own business.  One of the girls, a 14-year old, was holding her 3-year old cousin on her lap.

Eventually, couple of ratchet hoodrats and their posse come up to the 14-year old and start threatening her, telling her to leave the premises (though they have every right to be there).

[Apparently the two girls, who go to the same middle school, know each other and had a disagreement about a month ago]

The main ghetto girl (a 13-year old) continues to berate the 14-year old girl.  In the video (link below) you can hear her say, "Get up! I'm not playing with you"!

The friend of the 14-year old tells the ghetto girl to leave them alone, to which the second ghetto girl responds, "It's between them, but you can keep your mouth closed."

In the background you can hear a member of the ghetto posse (who is recording the incident) say sardonically, "She's holding that baby so she won't get her ass beat".

All of a sudden, the main hoodrat yanks the 14-year old by the hair pulling her down to the ground, in the process causing the 3-year old to fall and hit their head against the concrete.  The 3-year old begins crying immediately.

The hoodrat then proceeds to drag the 14-year old all across the lawn, punching her repeatedly.

As if that wasn't bad enough, another member of the ghetto posse, a boy in a blue T-shirt holding a basketball, proceeds to dance around the 14-year old while she is on the ground getting beat up, gyrating his pelvis near her head.

Here are screenshots of the video:

The two hoodrats (standing up) approach the victim (14-year old) sitting with her 3-year old cousin and another acquaintance.

The main ghetto girl lunges at the 14 year old, grabbing her by the hair.

The ghetto girl proceeds to throw the 14-year old to the floor with her toddler cousin still in her lap.

You can see the 3-year old toddler lying on the floor while 14-year old victim is being dragged away; meanwhile, a ghetto bystander holding a basketball looks on.

The 14-year old is dragged across the lawn and beaten.

Here you can see the ghetto boy dancing around the victim while she is being beaten.  You can also see the second ghetto girl making sure the friend of the victim does not come to her aid.

The cop who investigated the incident, Detective Cruz Hernandez, said "the fight was not racially motivated".

[Yeah right.  What a load of bullsh*t.  I'm almost certain race was a factor.  I'll go even further: If it had been a group of white thugs surrounding a black girl and her little cousin, you can bet it would have made national news.  But because we live in a politically-correct reverse-discrimination society, nobody cares that it was 2 black girls and a black boy harassing and assaulting a white girl, a white toddler, and her white acquaintance]

These are truly sick people.  Who is spawning this ghetto trash?  They aren't raised with morals or decency, and they expect us to sympathize with them.  We are suppose to see these people as 'victims'.  LOL what a joke.

According to the police, the perpetrator and her family were "out of town" after the incident.

[Sure, pal.  Whatever.  More like they were hiding out from the law]

The 13-year old hoodrat will be charged with assault, as well as injury to a child.  The police decided not to charge the second hoodrat or the person recording the incident, in order to get their cooperation as witnesses.  According to the cop (Hernandez), "It’s not against the law to be a spectator to something you don’t encourage, participate, or promote, but we have some concerns about those two”.

[That is bullsh*t as well. Judging by the comments and actions of her ghetto friend and the person recording the video, they WERE helping to promote the violence.  At the very least, her friend was intimidating the victim and her acquaintance.]

Additionally, according to the same logic from the police, the boy in blue, who was dancing around the victim, should also be charged, as he was encouraging the assault by his actions (he wasn't simply a bystander).  But, the spineless Rowlett police department probably won't.

According to the website where the video was posted (LiveLeak), the person recording the incident is Ernest Irizarry Jr., 14 years old, of Rowlett, Texas.  His picture is listed on some websites, but I haven't been able to confirm if it's the same person, as the websites are unreliable sources.  The facebook page of this person says Bronx, New York (but he might have just changed it).

Regardless, all members of this ghetto posse suck.  Whoever they are.  And so does anyone who makes excuses for them.

Philly Milly

Post-Christmas angst.

According to an article by "Good Morning America", there was an "extremely large crowd of juveniles causing a disturbance" at a mall in Philadelphia on Tuesday.

These "juveniles" (about 200 of them) went into the food court and started pelting the cops with sodas and trash.

The police were there because of a disturbance the night before (Monday night, involving 100 people), and they will be posted at the mall all week, according to the article.  Allegedly, there were similar "disturbances" at malls across the country.

Must be nice to have 2 weeks of vacation while the rest of us have to work to put food on the table.  Though if I had that much free time I don't think I'd spend it at the mall.  I might watch TV.  Wasted life you say?  Maybe, but still better than causing trouble.  At least my activities don't bother anyone (which is more than I can say for the ghetto trash running around Philly).

Gnome sayin'?

The article said the riot was organized on "Snapchat" (a social media website founded by 3 white guys).  I wonder what the rioters would have done if those 3 gringos didn't exist.  Would they have had to put an ad in the paper?  Just sayin'.

This is what happens when you aren't raised with morals.  In their push for a more secular society, the atheists forgot to fill the vacuum that christianity left.

Where are BLM?

This post has nothing to do with ghetto people, but it’s closely related to other things I’ve posted about on this web log.

So for a while we’ve been hearing about police brutality directed against blacks in the U.S.

However, on the continent of Africa, whenever black African police beat or kill black African citizens, I don’t’ hear a word from BLM.  I don’t see any protests.  I don’t see any “hashtags” on twitter or other social media.  I don’t hear any lecturing from Al Sharpton, the Black Panthers, the NAACP, the Politically-Correct police, Elijah Cummings, or anyone else.

Why is that?  After all, the ones doing the brutalizing ARE police. And the ones being hurt ARE black people (and in some cases, other races).

So why is BLM so silent on this issue?  Are they under the impression that all cops are white?  Are they under the impression that only white people are capable of brutality?  Are they under the impression that black people are only killed by white people (and no one else)?

Are they really dumb enough to think all these things?  Naaah . . .  couldn’t be that.

Could it be that BLM is in vogue right now and everyone wants to be a part of it, and that they actually don’t really care about black lives?

Or could it be that brutality is more often a police issue (rather than a racial issue), which makes their movement irrelevant?

I’ve been to the country of my parents.  I got hassled by the local police for no reason.  The police were the same race as I was.  They were people of color.  Granted I didn’t get thrown in jail or killed, but I also didn’t give them a reason to.  Even at that (relatively) young age, I knew better than to get belligerent or to get into an argument with a cop, especially one from the third world.  Even if they are in the wrong (which they usually are).  Some of them are just looking for a reason to beat you.  I won’t give them that.

MY LIFE MATTERS, TOO.  All Lives Matter.

In Zimbabwe, there was a protest against that tyrant, Robert Mugabe.  Similar to those 1960’s protests, some of the protesters were holding flowers up to the police.

The police responded by going on a rampage and beating people up.  This is not an isolated incident.  This happens regularly all over Africa.  People are scared to protest (even if it’s a peaceful protest) because the (black) police will attack you, arrest you, torture you, kill you, and threaten your family.  It is not uncommon for security forces to sexually assault the women in your family if they feel you are a so-called “troublemaker”.

Mugabe telling the U.N. and "the west" to 'stop oppressing africans' - LOL.  Guy's got some nerve!
[Please die soon, Mugabe - your people are tired of your nonsense]

So I have to ask: If it’s only a white versus black thing, then why Zimbabwe? Why South Africa? Why Sierra Leone or Liberia?  Why China?  Why Bangladesh?  Why Mexico?  Why El Salvador?  Why Syria?  Why Iraq?  Why Israel?  Why? Why? Why?  Bad cops are everywhere.  Cops of different races.  Doesn’t matter.  Sometimes, cops are just cops, with that corrupt cop mentality.  Not all cops.  But some cops.  Sometimes, it has to do with race.  But not always.

Anyway, back to the United States.

But think about it.  If you come from a community that has a reputation for getting into trouble, a cop is going to look at you more closely than someone from another community.  Not fair, but until your community changes, that’s the way it’s going to be.

Supporters of BLM are a bunch of hypocrites.

Here are some pictures of a protest in Zimbabwe.

Mugabe's goons doing what they do best . . .

Splitting headache

Eight against One (just like ghetto troublemakers here in the States) . . .

BLM can probably ignore incidents like these for the time being, but one day they might have to acknowledge it and come out with a statement.

Although, knowing them, they'll still blame it on the whites.  They'll blame it on "colonialism", or "the white power structure" (even though Mugabe has kicked white people out of the country and stolen their farms).  But most likely they'll say that the cops in these pictures are actually white ex-apartheid police wearing costumes to make themselves look black.

Gnome sayin'?
